IMHU says its hybrid courses offer Continuing Education credits and that almost every course offers CEs, with some courses also offering CMEs. CE credit is provided through two outside providers, Spiritual Competency Academy and Westbrook University. The site states that 24.5 CE credits are available for Level One, 10 CE credits for Level Two, and some courses offer 7.5 hours or 1 CE; the CE fee is separate on some pages, typically described as $50 or $75 per course depending on provider. The sources do not show institutional academic accreditation for IMHU itself.
Pricing is course-specific. One CE page says the CE fee is $50 per course via Westbrook University, while another page says IMHU has arrangements with two CE providers, with fees of $50 USD per course for Westbrook University and $75 USD per course for Spiritual Competency Academy. A live course page lists $297 for the live course or $200 for recordings plus two live Q&A sessions, and notes partial scholarships and payment plans may be available. A practicum listing shows $500 for an in-person practicum.
Learners can expect a certificate of completion for individual courses, and in the certification pathway may become an IMHU-certified Spiritual Emergence Coach® and be listed in IMHU’s directory if accepted. The stated competencies include recognising spiritual emergence versus pathology, supporting people through spiritual awakening or emergency, and facilitating peer-led support or specialist clinical support.
