NMHA Psilocybin Facilitator Licensing is offered through Medicinal Mindfulness Academy and teaches psilocybin mushroom facilitation from the context of Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Therapy (MBPT). The curriculum combines transpersonal theory, mindfulness-based guiding practices, somatic trauma-informed care, intentional ceremony, music, and creative expression practices. The Academy program provides over 200 hours of training material and covers the 150 didactic hours required by the NMHA, along with advanced MBPT training. The structure includes weekly classes in spring and fall semesters, plus synchronous virtual Saturday seminars with webinar material. Students can complete the requirements in 6 months or spread them over 12 months. The course is designed for students seeking NMHA psilocybin facilitator licensing training and for those looking to study facilitation within a trauma-informed, mindfulness-based framework. Content is delivered through co-occurring classes, webinars, and module-specific sessions led by Daniel and Alison McQueen.
