Professional development and job education for psychedelic guides building private practice, local community, or collaborative clinical work. The program includes monthly cohort meetings, mentorship, live class recordings, and selected community event participation.
Dragon Training™ Professional Development & Job Education is intended for psychedelic guides who want to build and maintain a private practice, develop local psychedelic and Conscious Cannabis community, or prepare for paid roles with Psychedelics Sitters School and related collaborative clinical settings. The program supports professional development, facilitation skill building, and ongoing mentorship. It is led by two Senior Dragon mentors and includes monthly cohort meetings and live class recordings. Participants may be invited to join selected MM-sponsored Conscious Cannabis circles and other psychedelic events when space is available. The curriculum also addresses the legal, operational, and societal constraints of working as a professional, legal psychedelic guide.

Simple application with statement of intention, MMF membership, monthly tuition payment, completion of Psychedelic Guide Training (intensive and practicums), intention to continue through at least one Psychedelic Specialty, participation or completion in the Psychedelic Guide Credentialing Program, and updated participation and credentialing agreements.
Operating since 2012 as the training program of the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness in Boulder, Colorado, Psychedelic Sitters School trains licensed clinicians and guides-in-training in Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Therapy® across four medicines—cannabis, ketamine, psilocybin, and DMT—through in-person, hybrid, and online formats. Now in their 13th year with over 35 cohorts completed, they are one of the longest-running psychedelic guide training programs in the United States.
