Course Overview

Dragon Training™ Professional Development & Job Education is designed for psychedelic guides who want to build and maintain a private practice, develop local psychedelic and Conscious Cannabis community, or prepare for paid roles with Psychedelics Sitters School and related collaborative clinical settings. It supports ongoing mentorship, professional development, and facilitation skill building. The program is led by two Senior Dragon mentors and includes monthly cohort meetings, live class recordings, and opportunities to participate in ongoing MM-sponsored Conscious Cannabis circles and other psychedelic events where space is available. Some trainings are specific to Dragon Training and focus on both service work and community development. The curriculum also addresses the legal, operational, and societal constraints of working as a professional, legal psychedelic guide. A simple application, MMF membership, and monthly tuition payment are listed as prerequisites.
