CREDENTIALING & Mentorship is designed for graduates who want to develop professional psychedelic practice skills, work in a psychedelic therapy setting, or move into trainer and mentor roles within the program. The credentialing pathway is based on supervised practice, mentorship, and community oversight rather than academic study alone. The mentorship component includes group training sessions with no more than 10 students per class, along with individual mentorship and coaching. Each credentialing level requires one 3-month module, which includes 2 individual mentorship sessions and 12 weekly 2-hour group mentor sessions. Students may seek mentorship at any time, whether or not they are pursuing credentialing. The program outlines multiple professional credentialing levels, including Mindfulness-Based Integration Coach, Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Guide, Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Therapist, and Mindfulness-Based Psychedelic Specialist. It also notes that two NMHA-specific cohorts in 6 months fulfill NMHA requirements for psilocybin mushroom facilitator licensing.
